Naval Air Systems Command MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in Patuxent River, Maryland

Summary You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT GROUP (HCMG) of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV. Responsibilities You will maintain lists, matrix, trackers, and org chart(s), and similar documents. You will assist in maintaining HCMG resources, guidance, and tools. You will conduct annual equipment inventory for HCMG and associated facilities. You will coordinate calendar invites/series for HCMG Leadership team and administratively manage meetings, to include documenting meeting minutes and tracking of actions. You will review and submit travel for HCMG leadership team. You will work collaboratively with HCMG Leadership and Operations and Strategy Office team to monitor short, mid and long-term goals for the Command and the Group. You will serve as the central hub for onboarding and off boarding of HCMG team members across the Group. You will assist with maintaining HCMG training plan and tracking staff completions. You will serve as a backup POC for HCMG budget, staying up to date on budget status. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or DA-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Ability to develop, monitor, and analyze report metrics; 2) Ability to review and assign tasking to the appropriate program manager(s), track and report completions; 3) Ability to develop, review and present both oral and written presentations to and for all levels of the workforce, including senior leadership; and 4) Ability to lead, conduct, and/or participate in projects to enhance processes and improve efficiencies.
