Summary You will serve as a Logistics Management Specialist in the Logistics Management Integration Department, Maintenance Planning Branch of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV. Responsibilities You will be responsible for all logistic products, availability and sustainability of the system. You will provide recommendations regarding resolving deficiencies and increasing levels of readiness to the PSM, APML(s) and IPT leads. You will use data collection tools such as DECKPLATE, Vector, Catalog Online Logistics Tracking System (COLTS) or equivalent. You will be responsible for the development and upkeep of all Logistics-related documentation, including but now limited to: Life Cycle Sustainment Plan, Logistics Requirement Funding Summary (LRFS) Level of Repair and Maintenance Task Analysis. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing a wide range of Maintenance Planning technical and business systems, processes, and practices used to manage and maintain weapon systems Maintenance Plans; 2) Planning, Reviewing, analyzing, and implementing higher level Logistics procurement policies with regards to Maintenance Planning requirements; 3) Managing project/program requirements, objectives and metrics, and resolving conflicts among schedules, funding, and resources; 4) Identifying opportunities to incorporate process improvements and best practices utilizing customer feedback, internal and external audits, self-assessment, and lessons learned activities; 5) Advising management and colleagues on difficult problems, conducting special studies, proposing options and alternatives, and representing a command.
