Precise Systems, Inc. Executive/Administrative Assistant in Patuxent River, Maryland

We are currently seeking an Executive Secretary / Executive Administrative Assistant to support our Patuxent River, MD customer (PMA-276).

Functional Description: Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.

Additionally, the EA will:

  • Maintain the front desk and liaise with government civilians and military personnel

  • Maintain the Program Manager’s and Primary Deputy Program Manager’s daily schedule

  • Screen phone calls and visits

  • Manage PMA personnel check-in and check-out process

  • Maintain the PMA resources to include seating chart, phone list, muster, cubicle signs, etc.

  • Coordinate read ahead briefs for the PM and PDPM

  • Draft and process official correspondence per DON Correspondence Manual and manage online workflow

  • Process visit requests via DISS

  • Assist with social events

  • Coordinate travel for Executive Leadership Team through DTS for travel authorizations and vouchers

  • Order office supplies for PMA

    Experience Requirements:

  • Journeyman - 3 to 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description.

    Desired Experience:

    · NAVAIR / PMA experience

    · DTS

    · Effective verbal and written communication skills.

    · Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Power point, Teams and Word

    Educational Requirements:

    · High School diploma / GED

    Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Required Skills

Associates Degree preferred, High School Diploma or equivalent with an additional 4 years of experience.

Required Experience

Minimum of 6 years equivalent relevant work experience.
