Linquest Corporation Computer System Administrator in Patrick Afb, Florida
Description
A strong candidate will have background provisioning computer accounts, troubleshooting connectivity or configuration issues, and interacting with General/Flag officers and their staffs. In this position, you will:
Provide technical guidance in use of Microsoft Windows, peripheral/shared drive mapping, browser compatibility/configuration.
Troubleshoot error messages, provide technical solutions, and open trouble tickets.
Support users in multiple locations both on and off Peterson Space Force Base.
Support and resolve issues within PWS-specified timelines.
Provide systems accounts for NIPRNet and SIPRNET and systems support.
Set up or modify user access to the classified internet and e-mail accounts.
Troubleshoot connectivity or configuration issues.
Required Experience/Skills:
An active TS/SCI Clearance is required for this position.
5+ years of experience supporting DoD networks and working with Comm Focal Points.
Knowledge of USAF and US Space Force Information Technology policies and procedures.
Self starter with the ability to work independently.

Ability to identify and resolve challenges in a high-tempo, collaborative environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Accustomed to professionally interacting with General/Flag officers and senior civilian personnel
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel)
Ability to meet deadlines and deliverables with minimal guidance
Preferred Experience:
- Headquarters, Combatant Command or MAJCOM/Field Command experience
Compensation:
- Starting salary ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
