Northwest Farm Credit Services Relationship Manager in Paso Robles, California

We serve customers in 59 locations throughout the West. We are in search of a Relationship Manager I, II, III or IV to join our Credit Resolution department in Paso Robles, California or Bakersfield, California. This full-time position reports to the SVP-Credit Resolution and is accountable for ensuring timely correction and collection of adversely classified loan portfolio through timely service, and proactive management. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule and one-time home office stipend after initial training period. Compensation Information The base salary range for this position in Paso Robles, California is: Level I: $69,000 - $105,000; bonus at target is 12% of salary. Level II: $76,000 - $119,000; bonus at target is 15% of salary. Level III: $94,000 - $149,000; bonus at target is 20% of salary. Level IV: $127,000 - $202,000; bonus at target is 25% of salary. Job Requirements Participate in internal workgroups assuring annual analysis and confirmation of appropriate credit classification is completed. Maintain effective relationship management including analyzing, interpreting, and presenting financial information; and meeting with and negotiating terms and conditions with assigned accounts, which may include attending meetings with legal counsel and customer meetings as assigned. Classify loans and loan data attributes including recommended charge-offs/reserves, cash income accounting and allowances on assigned loans; report portfolio quality, statistics, and loan activity to supervisor. Collaborate with the lending and Insurance Group by participating in large OAEM servicing/shadowing to assure sound risk management and guidance for high risk credit relationships with an above average potential of downgrade to an adversely classified loan classification. Establish valuations of real estate, personal property and other collateral. Develop and demonstrate a sound understanding of loan pricing programs; models and tools. Gather financial information and assist in credit investigations; public record searches, employment/income verifications, and customer visits. Handle customer information with a high degree of confidentiality; follows appropriate information security protocols; ensures media inquiries and requests are referred to appropriate staff. Participate in loan closings by ensuring the appropriate documentation is completed and understood by the customer. Represent and communicate the values, purpose, and mission of the organization to employees, customers, the public, and other target audiences. Perform all duties and maintain all standards in accordance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls. Other duties as assigned.
