Join a team of experts

In our Global IS User Experience Center, you will join our technical team. We are focused on establishing a connected, modernised and automated IT client and application experience that predicts and auto-adapts user behaviors across multiple devices. It is our responsibility that our front-end devices such as PC’s, phones, printers and other hardware support remote working so our colleagues have the best conditions for working wherever and whenever it makes sense to them.

You will join a team of highly skilled colleagues who are all experts in their own fields – so the help is near any time you need professional back-and-forth. We enjoy working together, and the atmosphere is both professional and informal at the same time.

What is the Job all about?

As our new System Engineer Specialist, you will focus on managing, designing, developing, securing, automating and troubleshooting M365 and Power Platform solutions.

Your main responsibilities:

• Implement various components of a planned M365 and Power Platform solution

• Plan and carry out application improvements and system connections

• Implement data conversion and custom process automation

• Execute custom visualizations and user experience elements

Your main Key Performance Indicators:

• High quality Power Platform solutions developed

• Proper documentation of solutions and processes

• Implementation of solutions

• High quality of 2nd and 3rd level resolution

Your background:

We imagine that you have the following background or experience:

• 2-3 years of experience from similar work experience obtained in a larger IT enterprise environment.

• Development experience should include Power Platform services, JavaScript, JSON, TypeScript, C#, HTML, .NET, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, RESTful web services, ASP.NET, and Microsoft Power BI.

• You should have experience in Active Directory server roles, configuration, migration and administering Group Policy Objects.

• You should have experience with Office 365 as a global administrator.

• You should have PowerShell and Administrative Scripting experience, specific to an Exchange and Office 365 environment.

• You should have strong applied knowledge of Power Platform services, including in-depth understanding of capabilities, boundaries, and constraints.

• Your solutions should meet enterprise / industry security standards and be positioned for demonstration on demand.

• You are required to have experience in developing user interaction interface and visualizations.

• You should have a basic understanding of DevOps practices for Power Platform.

• You are skilled in solving incidents, fulfilling user requests, and root cause analysis.

• You want to explore and test new technologies.

• You work well in time-sensitive settings and can meet deadlines.

• Relevant certifications are desirable.

• Function well in a team and be able to network with global colleagues to complete tasks.

• Must exhibit and apply Advanced knowledge on the use of PowerBi and Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum).
