MAINTENANCE LEAD PERSON
JOB LOCATION: PASCO NW -- MAINTENANCE

What will set you apart:
- Knowledge of basic electrical safety Procedures; including chlorine hazards, confine space and Lockout/Tag out procedures.
- Weld with TIG and MIG on stainless and black steel. Welds must pass food grade requirements.
- Ability to understand and follow the facilities Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP'S).
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and professional attitude towards employees, visitors and vendors.
- Willingness to learn new techniques.
- Able to train new team members as required.
- Able to perform duties with minimal supervision.
- Able to train and re-train on all of the above trades.
