The Role
Duties for Ops Admin. Collects, records, tracks, reports and verifies data and information from multiple sources related to timekeeping, absenteeism, vacation, disciplinary action notices. Tasking is performed in accordance with the Labor Bargaining Agreements and Company Policies and Procedures. Additional tasking may include statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence, presentations and other data entry that supports the organization unit and other functional unit processes and procedures such as purchasing requisitions.
Must Have
High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years additional education and/or experience. Must have experience using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of START Timekeeping, Absence Tracking, LOA/FMLA, Disciplinary Action Notices/ Vacation System and payroll process. Proficient communication skills (verbal and written). Can communicate in English and Spanish.
