Compensation Range:

$22.00 – $34.00 / Hour

Expectations:

This role is responsible for working with physician offices, Huntington’s ancillary departments, Case Management, and Business Office to provide an exceptional patient experience.The position has a strong focus on outstanding customer services skills, exceptional verbal and written communication, conflict management and service recovery and service attitude. Works with minimal supervision, always projecting a positive, and upbeat attitude. Greets patients with a courteous and professional demeanor to obtain feedback on their hospital experience. In this role, the individual will be expected to float to all areas within Patient Access. EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent. Some college experience preferred EXPERIENCE/TRAINING: Minimum of three years of experience in healthcare financial counseling preferred. Must have strong organization and customer service skills. SKILLS: Typing 35 wpm required. Excellent analytical skills and proficient with Microsoft application (Outlook and Excel). Must pass competency tests on a regular basis.
