ManpowerGroup Human Resources Operations Manager in Parsippany Troy Hills, New Jersey

Manpower Engineering is seeking a Sr HR Operations Manager

for our Parsippany, NJ client. This is a perm/direct hire, onsite role.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the company’s compensation and benefit design, analysis, and upgrade. Manage incentive plans including merit increase, bonus plan, project incentive and long-term incentive, etc. Design and review company benefits and benchmark to stay competitive.

  • Support Head of HR for yearly workforce planning, budgeting, labor cost management, and labor efficiency improvement.

  • Manage HR compliance, review employee handbook, policies and procedures from time to time to keep them updated. Manage HR internal and external audit, 401k audit, EEOC, payroll tax registration, etc.

  • Manage employee relations, consult and provide advice, counsel, and resolution to employees and managers on a broad range of employee relation matters, including policy interpretation and application, conflict resolution, case investigation an exit processes and practices.

  • Help to improve employee retention.

  • Manage HR reporting including labor cost report in local and with HQ, employee demographic report, and other report when needed by management.

  • Accounts for all HR contracts, records, documents, shared drive, files, procedures, and controls.

  • Provides corporate communications as required on policies, processes, structure changes, and other topics that affect the business.

  • International travel maybe once per year.

  • Other duties are assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in related field

  • 10+ years of HR experience. 3+ years of HR Team Management experience.

  • Prefer large company HR experience, preferably with a multi-national company/working with a global team

  • Ability to travel. Including infrequent international (once/year)

  • Someone who can create a positive work culture, is open-minded, and has a growth mindset
