External Communications Manager
Hybrid 3 Days in Office (Parsippany)
Summary:
The External Communications Manager will be responsible for creating and executing external communication strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage stakeholders, and support business objectives. The role focuses on social media, blogs, earned media, and customer communications. The Manager will collaborate with internal teams to develop content that showcases products and thought leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop content for social media, blogs, and media relations.
Support product management with communications strategies.
Partner with teams to align on business priorities and create content for various channels.
Oversee editorial workflow for blog content, ensuring timely publication and SEO optimization.
Track and report on performance metrics, offering insights for improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
7-10+ years of experience in communications or marketing.
Strong writing, project management, and organizational skills.
Ability to work across teams and leverage data to improve results.
Occasional travel required (10%).
Knowledge of commercial roofing is a PLUS.
MUST have direct experience with PR, Social Media, Blogging, Marketing and Communication Principles.
