RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Make quarterly assignments (quarter in advance).

  • Manage ad hoc requests for live events or webinars.

  • Monitor weeks in the field by Specialist.

  • Monitor live event and virtual webinar logs.

  • Coordination across multiple BUs and their leadership

  • Calendar coordination across teams.

  • Field week assignments (March, June, September, December) and align specialists' availability, field requests, anchor events for allocation.

  • Manage ad hoc requests for client support (live events and virtual).

  • Metrics - events, attendees, return on investment (ROI).

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, Associate’s Degree preferred.

  • Intermediate expertise with full functionality of Excel, Teams, Outlook

  • 2+ year work history with administrative support and/or project coordination

  • Familiar with veterinary terms and industry a plus

  • Estimating 7-10 hours/week annually – some weeks will be more or less depending on required tasks for that week.

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
