Accounts Receivable Specialist
Essential or Primary / Key Responsibilities:
Process customer invoices accurately and timely
Ensure invoices are uploaded to customer portals in a timely manner
Process government required DD250s
Apply customer payments on a daily basis
Proactively research and resolve discrepancies on customer accounts to include open credits, unapplied payments and past due invoices.
Generate customer credit reports and evaluate customer credit limit/hold by analyzing credit exposure.
Prepare all export documentation requirements for international customers
Daily bank reconciliations
Other ad hoc projects as assigned
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Three plus years of relevant experience
WAWF/PIEE experience preferred
Experience working with customer portal uploads.
Epicor experience a plus
Effective verbal/written communication skills required for interacting with all levels of personnel within the organization.
Soft skills needed to be successful in this position would include team player, flexible, collaborative and has good communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Must be a US Citizen
This position is at our Parsippany, NJ office location.
