Join the HR Talent Management team at Barilla Group and support the execution of key HR processes across all our global locations. This internship, based in Parma, will provide hands-on experience in Talent Management, Performance & Development Process, and Employer Branding.
Purpose of the Role
Support the execution of the following processes across all geographies where Barilla is based:
Talent Management
Performance & Development Process
Employer Branding
Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination and implementation of Talent Management process.
Support the activation of the Performance & Development process, which includes the monitoring of goal setting, evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
Contribute to Employer Branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and the HR IT team to ensure smooth process execution.
Help create and distribute communications related to talent and performance management programs.
Prepare and analyse reports and dashboards to track progress and identify trends.
Provide operational support for various HR projects and initiatives.
Requirements
Graduated or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in recruitment and talent management operations is a plus.
Excellent English.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting.
High attention to detail and data accuracy.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
Eagerness to learn and contribute to HR processes and strategies.
