We are looking for a Regional Demand Planner to join our Agricultural Solutions team in Parma, ID.
This position will offer a hybrid working arrangement with a combination of in-office days and remotely working from home each week.

As aRegional Demand Planner you will be responsible to support the Marketing and Sales (M&S) organization in correctly predicting customer and market demand and providing information to relevant stakeholders. Challenge and enrich both short term and mid-term unconstrained sales forecast based on analysis of historical sales data and market trends to develop forecasts of future trends.

Oversee the tactical demand review process in the region.
Analyze and enhance the mid-term unconstrained forecast, ensuring accuracy and consensus.
Develop scenarios and proposals for allocating shortages, considering strategy and forecast accuracy.
Support Product Development and Regional Crop Lead in implementing elevation decisions.
Monitor and challenge the alignment of short-term sales forecasts with long-term forecasts.
Update the constrained demand plan in SAP IBP demand after reconciliation review meetings.
Monitor forecast accuracy and bias, providing support to improve accuracy.
Chair the monthly country sales forecast review and analyze short-term forecasts.
Participate in designing processes, tools, and methods to improve demand planning efficiency.
Train and educate stakeholders on new processes, tools, and methods.
If you...
Possess a Bachelor's Degree in a business-related discipline.
Hold at least 3 years of experience in a sales and operations planning environment, or other related experience.
Exhibit technical and business acumen in sales planning, allowing you to effectively align strategies with business objectives.
Have experience in ERP systems, preferably SAP, enabling you to manage resources efficiently.
Demonstrate excellent analytical skills and a strong numerical understanding, which helps in making data-driven decisions.
Show a solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
Facilitate communication with different cultures and functions within the company, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
Command a strong proficiency in the English language, both verbal and written, which facilitates effective communication across teams.
Dare to challenge the status quo and make decisions in line with the 80/20 rule, focusing on the most impactful areas.
Exhibit the capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that priorities are managed effectively and deadlines are met.
Are able to travel up to 10%, domestically and internationally.
