REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred. Sales experience is preferred, but not necessary. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Must have a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. Excellent relationship building, communication, teamwork, and presentation skills. Persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills. Basic mathematical skills. JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for providing front-line contact with the customer. Sales Keyholder will receive in-store training in appliance and furniture sales and will have full commission earnings potential as well as opportunities for career advancement. In the absence of the Store Director and Operations Manager the Sales Keyholder will assume Manager-On-Duty responsibilities. Demonstrates product knowledge and current advertising, and marketing initiatives. Achieves individual targets for all miscellaneous revenue, including Protection Agreements, fabric protection, leasing, credit, delivery, and installation. Assists with loading customer vehicles by fulfilling orders systemically. Completes all required training sessions and courses. Performs store opening and closing tasks.
