Robert Half Finance and Accounting is working with a non-profit faith based organization to find 2 entry level Loan Processors. This company has great benefits and a family like feel. These roles will be responsible for:
Take inquiry loan calls and establish expectations for entire loan process with TSF.
Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants' credit history and corporate financial statements.
Analyze financial statements and make intuitive connections about trending.
Create financial analysis in TSF template
Prepare credit narrative.
Organize and submit approval package for monthly committee meetings.
Present approval package to the loan committee.
Yearly financial analysis of full loan portfolio.
Quarterly financial analysis of construction loans.
Update applicable software with yearly information.
Understand and present financial trending to VP of Loan Administration
Disseminate information between internal and external contacts.
