Location: 9395 CROWN CREST BLVD, Parker, 80138

The role you’ll contribute:

Processes new diet menus or changes to existing diets or menus, assists patients with menu selection, updating and printing nourishment labels, data entry and assisting with the meal service as assigned. Provides administrative support and customer service to the Nutrition department as assigned. Will provide excellent customer service when working with patients, visitors and other staff members.

  • Answers incoming calls for room service and assists patient with menu selections.

  • Processes new diets and menus or changes to existing diets or menus.

  • Prepares individual diet slips for meal trays and tallies portions and kinds of food for each type of diet; processes new diets and changes via computer.

  • Maintains records of food usage, diet supplements, nourishments, etc

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

  • Organizational

  • Verbal Interpersonal

  • Customer Relations

  • Read/Comprehend written instructions

  • Follow verbal instructions

  • Keyboarding (manual)

  • Computer (visual)

  • Demonstrates superior phone communication skills

  • Strong communication skills; ability to read, write and speak English

  • Basic computer skills

  • Previous food service, healthcare or customer service experience

  • High School Diploma or GED
