RESPONSIBILITIES
This role will support the Director in the development of Burberry Beauty’s global influencer Marketing and PR strategy, with a strong focus on digital and social communications to drive brand awareness. This role will have direct oversight and be responsible for the tactical execution of Influencer Marketing / PR activations across markets, oversight of external agencies and vendors, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The Senior Project Manager will deliver and oversee the development of press kits, launch toolkits, and influencer / content creation guidelines with an emphasis on creative storytelling, inspiration, innovation, and consumer / audience engagement leading to conversion.
Your main focus :
Support the development of all PR / IM / Earned Media strategies for Burberry Beauty across both fragrance and make-up categories.
Understand and support the 360 communications model to maximize effort across paid, owned and earned media, in partnership with the cross-functional teams, and connecting digital, social, online and offline consumer experiences into a holistic communications strategy.
Collaborate internally with cross-functional peers to build and maintain internal tools, align plans and processes and support products and key markets to drive brand success.
Build and maintain strategic relationships and facilitate collaboration with the Fashion House to ensure successful execution of strategies.
Support the Director managing relationships with external agencies, agents, influencers, digital platforms, and media as required.
Support the collection, development, and assessment of campaign KPI and reporting to evolve activations, and to share results with internal and external key stakeholders.
Support the development of breakthrough tools and assets to drive coverage, inclusive of experiential activations, content creation (videos, images, interviews), partnerships and collaborations for both on- and off-line purposes.
Support the execution of campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, retailer channels, owned and earned outlets, and editorial.
Manage the casting and identification of brand relevant influencers, digital communities (bloggers, vloggers), and content creators, and coordinate Market submissions and Fashion House approvals.
Identify new social media opportunities (platforms, content, partners) to amplify brand objectives for key launches and devise an always-on approach to support makeup and core business.
Manage daily budget for projects, and support Director in finance / budget planning discussions

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As an experienced Project Manager Influencer Marketing, you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you have:
5+ years of experience creating and executing communications programs
Strong English Language skills (speaking and written) required
Experience in a branded luxury business
Experience working with or in the Chinese Market with background and intel on the landscape, platforms, influencer talent and ways of working
Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
Proven experience developing, presenting, and managing communications and influencer campaigns
Collaborative spirit with a positive, problem-solving mindset
Digital acumen with a digital-first mindset and a strong understanding of social media and the influencer landscape
Demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking and creativity, balanced with a sense of business prioritization
Experience establishing and maintaining professional partnerships with talents, press, and influencers
Active learner who is willing to experiment and be open minded to new ideas and technology
Must be able to manage a multitude of assignments at once and prioritize appropriately with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Global experience preferred
