En tant que Gestionnaire de Paie junior, vos principales tâches consisteront à soutenir les processus de paie de bout en bout avec une petite équipe de professionnels de la paie pour toutes les entités françaises en partenariat avec les partenaires commerciaux des Ressources Humaines (RH), notre centre d'expertise des RH, l'organisation des services partagés des RH, les fournisseurs de paie et la finance.

Les responsabilités peuvent inclure les activités suivantes et d'autres activités peuvent être assignées :

  • Assurer la maintenance des données relatives aux employés et aux emplois dans les différents systèmes et traiter les changements mensuels entre Workday et ADP ;

  • Assister les employés pour toutes questions relatives à leurs fiches de paie ou au suivi de leur temps dans l'outil Service Now ;

  • Valider l'exactitude et l'exhaustivité des données (entrée et sortie) ;

  • Traiter les départs moins complexes et le calcul des indemnités de départ ;

  • Soutenir la mise en œuvre des changements légaux et des changements dans les conventions collectives, soutenir l'équipe chargée de la paie dans le cadre d'audits internes et externes ;

  • Préparer des communications relatives à la paie au sein de l'organisation française ;

  • Soutenir les processus de paie en créant divers rapports post-paie pour les autres équipes RH, les finances, les fournisseurs d'avantages sociaux, et répondre aux demandes de rapports ;

  • Participer à des initiatives d'amélioration continue au sein de l'équipe locale et mondiale chargée de la paie ;

  • S'engager activement au sein de l'équipe RH française pour collaborer et soutenir les initiatives RH au niveau local, et participer à des projets RH globaux.

Connaissances et expériences requises :

  • Bac+2/3 minimum en comptabilité et gestion, en droit du travail, droit social ou en gestion de projet/communication ;

  • Une expérience professionnelle d'au moins un an dans l'un des domaines susmentionnés ou dans un domaine comparable ;

  • Vous avez un bon niveau de français et d'anglais à l'écrit et à l'oral ;

  • Vous avez de solides compétences en matière de communication ;

  • Organisé(e) et orienté(e) vers le client ;

  • Curieux(se) et doté(e) d'un esprit d'apprentissage ;

  • Passionné(e) par l'apprentissage des RH, de la paie et de la gestion de projet ;

  • Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe et savez travailler de manière autonome.

Connaissances et expériences souhaitées :

  • Expérience professionnelle/stage dans une multinationale ou expérience professionnelle dans un environnement ou des projets de services partagés ;

  • Bonne maitrise du Pack Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) et/ou des outils tels que WorkDay, Service Now.
