Job Overview and Responsibilities:
Checking-in and processing of passengers and baggage onto flights
Ensuring that passengers are in possession of valid documentation for travel
Meeting and boarding flights, assisting passengers wherever required
Assigned other duties in Customer Services as and when required to meet operational demands ensuring the smooth running
Professional service to our customers, both internal and external
This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent secondary school certificate
A proven track record of reliability
Professional image and appearance
Outstanding customer service skills
Confident communication skills
Must be fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
Keyboard skills
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be flexible to work all shifts and, when necessary, available 7 days a week / 24 hours a day, including holidays and weekends, to deal with any operational and /or unforeseen situations
This is a part time position
Must be legally authorized to work in France/EU for any employer without sponsorship
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
Preferred Qualifications
Previous airline/airport operations experience
Fluency in other European languages
