Job Overview and Responsibilities:

  • Checking-in and processing of passengers and baggage onto flights

  • Ensuring that passengers are in possession of valid documentation for travel

  • Meeting and boarding flights, assisting passengers wherever required

  • Assigned other duties in Customer Services as and when required to meet operational demands ensuring the smooth running

  • Professional service to our customers, both internal and external

This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent secondary school certificate

  • A proven track record of reliability

  • Professional image and appearance

  • Outstanding customer service skills

  • Confident communication skills

  • Must be fluent in English and French (written and spoken)

  • Keyboard skills

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Must be flexible to work all shifts and, when necessary, available 7 days a week / 24 hours a day, including holidays and weekends, to deal with any operational and /or unforeseen situations

  • This is a part time position

  • Must be legally authorized to work in France/EU for any employer without sponsorship

  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous airline/airport operations experience

  • Fluency in other European languages
