Shifts:
Mondays to Fridays, 8am-5pm or 9am-5pm, with the possibility of one weekend per month.
Background Requirements:
We're seeking candidates currently licensed in Kansas as Psychologists or Licensed Therapists/Counselors/Social Workers, or similar clinically therapeutic fields. While two years' experience in mental health is preferred, we welcome those with a passion for making a difference. Experience in substance abuse/detox facilities is a plus. Flexibility in tasks and schedules is essential, alongside strong communication skills and proficiency in electronic medical records.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
As part of our team, you'll monitor, coordinate, and implement programs, developing individualized treatment plans and conducting therapy sessions. You'll act as a liaison between nursing and operations staff, provide one-on-one interventions, and ensure compliance with standards of care. Additionally, you'll contribute to Quality Assurance efforts, participate in educational programs, and actively communicate with our Clinical Director and Utilization Review team.

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
