Support Services Group Lead Generation Representative - Portuguese/English/Spanish Speaking in Panama City, Panama

SUPPORT SERVICES GROUP is a multinational company that provides Consulting, BPO, and Contact Center services, with a presence in 10 countries.

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, initiating contact with prospects, and nurturing relationships to drive sales opportunities. This role requires strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels such as online research, networking, and social media platforms.

  • Contact leads via phone calls, emails, and other communication methods to introduce our products/services and qualify their interest and needs.

  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their pain points, challenges, and goals, and effectively communicate how our solutions can address their needs.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement lead generation strategies and campaigns.

  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and activities in the CRM system.

  • Follow up on leads consistently to nurture relationships, answer queries, and move prospects through the sales pipeline.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets and KPIs.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and strategies for lead generation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or customer service roles.

  • Excellent communication skills with a confident and persuasive demeanor.

  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain positive relationships with prospects.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Must speak Spanish, Portuguese and English at a professional level
