Responsibilities As a HomeTeam Installer, you can expect to: * Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each job site. * Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings within scheduled route * Perform termite treatment services and interact with sub-contractors and field managers to meet deadlines * Stay motivated and focused while you work independently * Must be able to complete installs according to builder home completion timelines as needed.
Qualifications Minimum Requirements: No experience required - training will be provided! * Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED * Must have a valid driver's license * Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid)
Physical Demands / Working Environment: * Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations: * Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity * Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
