Robert Half Program Coordinator in Palo Alto, California

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Program Coordinator in Palo Alto, California. This role functions in the industry, where you will be tasked with planning, implementing, and supporting new and restructured programs, as well as customer service. You will also be handling logistics for client relationship marketing, internal operations, and other functions.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage logistics for client relationship marketing and internal operations

• Independently carry out assigned duties and maintain constant communication with Management

• Collaborate with stakeholders in clinical, administrative, ancillary, and service departments

• Manage inter-departmental communication and coordinate with the School of Medicine

• Lead and support projects aimed at improving internal operations and overall growth

• Establish workgroups to address necessary processes and procedures for both existing and new services

• Assist with the selection process for consultants, contractors, and vendors

• Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with department, hospital, and university policies

• Facilitate the assessment and documentation of business process flow changes necessary to achieve project outcomes

• Handle the production of collateral marketing and event materials for all internal and external activities

• Serve as an ambassador in dealing with the community. Requirements

Education Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelors degree.

Experience Qualifications:

  • 4 to 5+ years of applicable experience

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

•Strong customer service skills to ensure satisfaction of all stakeholders

• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients

• Proficiency in documentation for maintaining accurate records and reports

• Knowledge and experience in marketing to promote the program effectively

• Understanding of operations and planning to ensure smooth program execution

• Familiarity with procedures and policy to adhere to organizational guidelines

• Research skills to gather relevant information and data

• Experience in materials handling for efficient logistics and production

• Proficiency in planning processes to schedule and manage program activities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other relevant software applications

• Project management skills to oversee the program from initiation to completion

• Familiarity with the 'About Time' software for efficient time management

• Comfortable working with internet-based tools and applications

• Knowledge of medical coverage policies, particularly relevant in clinical trial operations

• Understanding of logistics for efficient planning and execution

• Experience in production, particularly relevant in materials handling

• Ability to liaise with vendors for procurement and supply chain management

• Proficiency in English language for effective communication

• Ability to work with stakeholders for mutual benefit

• Experience in clinical trial operations, if applicable

• Skills in business development to contribute towards organizational growth

• Understanding of confidentiality norms and ability to maintain the same

• Knowledge of component selection in the context of production and logistics.
