Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tool Strategy & Design: Lead the strategy and design of the value tools to support cloud economics and business case analyses, ensuring it meets customer, partners, and sales needs.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Orchestrate input from multiple product teams, sales leadership, and development teams to align on roadmap priorities and tool enhancements.

  • Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate regular design reviews and provide customer delivery support to ensure the tool effectively drives success and meets field requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree and 12+ years OR Masters Degree and 10+ years related work experience preferably in a matrixed organization

  • Strong communication and influence management skills with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams

  • Proven experience in developing and executing global enablement strategies (enablement experience preferred)

  • Demonstrated ability to codify and implement best practices that measure results and drives customer success

  • This role is Broadcom office based—not available for remote work

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $118,000 - $210,000.

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
