Your duties include:
Maintain smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network administrators. Interacts with users and evaluates vendor products. Makes recommendations to purchase hardware and software, coordinates installation and provides backup recovery. Develops and monitors policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources. Ancillary duties may include setting up administrator and service accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system wide software and allocating mass storage space.

Basic Qualifications:
A minimum of 7 yrs of Systems Administrative experience and a High School diploma or equivalent. 3 Years with Bachelors; 1 Years with Masters may also be considered.
Willing to work a flexible work schedule that may include extended shifts, holidays and weekends.
Have/Maintain a valid U.S. passport.
Willing to work a flexible work schedule that may include extended shifts, holidays, and weekends and support on call status for 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week, 365 days a year.
A current DoD Secret clearance and the ability to obtain and retain Special Program access clearance within 365 days from submission.
Obtain and maintain certifications required for the role.

DoD Top Secret clearance
Experience with the following:
o All Windows Server and Desktop versions.
o Active Directory, DNS
o Group policy design, testing and implementation
o HPE Storage Technologies
o VMware vSphere, ESXi and vCenter
o MS SQL
o PowerShell Scripting
Salary Range: $79,300 - $118,900
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
