Responsible for cost, schedule, and technical quality associated with Airframe Systems Installation design for ADP Programs. Leads a team of 20-30 engineers designing equipment installations, tubing/ducting installations, and harness routing/installations. Responsible for supporting supplier hardware fabrication, shop floor installation, flight line/aircraft delivery, and off-site aircraft assembly/delivery operations. Provides Subject Matter Expertise to resolve complex design issues and design requirement interpretation. Implements Affordability and Producibility Initiatives to support Production rate span and cost reductions. Responsible for daily direction to team members, flow down of information, and individual contributor development. Provides technical support to Subcontract Management and hardware suppliers.
***Must be a US Citizen, position is located at a facility that requires special access. A current Secret Security Clearance is needed, and a clearance investigation must have been conducted within the last 5 years prior to start.
Experience with Airframe Integration of Subsystem Installations
Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent experience with 10 years of related experience.
Experience Leading a Team
Familiarity with CATIA V5
Knowledge and experience in Project Management and Program Integration
Lockheed Martin Control Account Manager training or equivalent experience
