Insight Global Marketing Event Specialist in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida

Job Description

DAY TO DAY:

Our client is looking for a Event Marketing Specialist to join their growing team. The ideal candidate has experience working in a fast-paced environment with strong project and event management skills. They have a keen eye for detail and excel in dealing with a broad spectrum of customers and stakeholders, including executive leadership, vendors, facilities staff, and key customers.

This position will report to the Associate Director of Experiential Marketing and will be based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate multiple aspects of meetings and events.

Support logistics and coordination for conferences at the Center for Intelligent Buildings.

Develop, manage, and distribute run of show documentation.

Work in partnership with third-party vendors, such as catering services, facilities management, and security teams.

Assist in compiling all meetings and building metrics for weekly and monthly reporting.

Assist with budget oversight.

Execute additional marketing and communications projects as assigned.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Communications, Marketing or other related field

3+ years' of experience event marketing - specifically in managing events for senior executives and key strategic partners, including "white glove" events.

Demonstrated ability to organize, manage multiple projects, and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Self-motivated, capable of working independently with initiative.

Familiar with digital meeting and venue management tools like CVENT, iPlan, BriefingSource, and 360Facility.

Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Experience working for a large enterprise organization null
