Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Construction Project Manager to oversee and lead construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to drive projects within budget and time constraints. Requirements:
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations
Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar)
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
Certifications such as PMP, OSHA, or SWPPP (preferred)

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring that milestones are met.
Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, manage costs, and ensure financial efficiency.
Team Leadership: Coordinate and supervise on-site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, construction codes, and regulations (OSHA, local codes).
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Problem Solving: Identify potential issues or risks, and proactively develop solutions to keep the project on track.
Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work performed, ensuring all standards and specifications are met.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on project status, including progress, budgets, and any deviations.
