Fresenius Medical Care North America Senior Product Owner (m/f/d) in Palazzo Pignano, Italy
In this role you own the digital product, its digital journeys and the user experience. You will collaborate with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements.
Your assignment:
Work with Product Management to create the product vision/roadmap and translate market needs into executable work for agile teams
Collaborate closely with the Data Science team to embed Fresenius Medical Care-owned AI components into digital services
Lead and execute continuous discovery processes with researchers, UX designers, and UI designers for ensures user-centric software development
Manage the product backlog and prioritize based on evolving data insights and discoveries
Oversee all stages of the product development process for both medical and non-medical functionalities and ensure proper validation
Execute tech spikes with Tech Lead and contribute to the product architecture
Coordinate cross-functional product teams and collaborate with the Scrum Master to enhance team performance and efficiency
Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the development process
Ensure a seamless transition to the support organization and with the global rollout
Your profile:
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or similar
At least 5+ years of experience as Senior Product Owner, responsible for software development teams, preferably with experience in validated environments and medical software
At least 5+ years of demonstrated track record of delivering digital solutions, preferably within healthcare organizations
Experienced in delivering AI-based software components
Experienced in global software rollouts
Experienced working in clinic / hospital settings and/or digital health and innovation environments
A solid understand of clinic processes as well as technological trends and impediments in healthcare sector
