What you will do/Day in the Life:
The Assistant Manager - Supervised Release Tracking Program Florida is a member of the Rite of Passage team implementing the ROP youth tracking program. This position is responsible for overseeing the monitoring and required contacts with youth in the supervised release continuum, communicating with stakeholders and working with program leadership & officials. This position requires management acumen, the ability to lead, work independently, communicate well, use technology effectively, and meet important deadlines.
To be considered you should have a high school diploma or equivalent and 6 months experience working with youth. You must also be at least 21 years of age, have a desire to work with troubled teens and be able to pass a DJJ criminal background check, drug screen, pre-employment physical, and a TB test. Excellent Training will be provided!
This Management role is a salaried position and exempt from overtime. It requires at least 40 hours per work week. The schedule will be set and approved by the National Director of Non-Residential Programming.
