To find out more about ServU, please visit our website at servucu.com. JOB SUMMARY: Assist with Credit Union education and training programs (both internal and external). ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ••Obtain a thorough working knowledge of all Credit Union products, services, procedures and policies• Conduct initial orientation and financial platform training• Assist with Head Teller training to maintain consistency throughout all branches• Ability to complete all teller functions• Conduct meetings to inform staff of policy and procedure changes and to ensure lines of communication are kept open• Assist in the development and execution of an annual training plan• Maintain a highly motivated, well-trained staff that is knowledgeable on all credit union products and services• Create and foster a positive professional working relationship with staff • Encourage staff to actively promote products and services• Keep abreast of new training trends by attending seminars and reviewing professional publications• Any other duties assigned by supervisor/management. Comply with all safety and security policies, practices and procedures. Report any unsafe or suspicious activities to your supervisor• Community involvement is a requirement of this position as outlined in the ServU Employee Handbook• Complies with all federal and state procedures and processes, including (but not limited to) the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and OFAC. Performs related responsibilities as required QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:Associates Degree or related knowledge• Strong social skills and professional appearance• Team player with department and other branch staff• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously• Excellent grammar and communication skills• Organization skills with attention to detail• Strong computer skills• High level of confidentiality is mandatory• Timeliness and attendance are essential• Sitting or standing for extended periods of time• Valid driver license as travel to branch offices is required• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs• Public Speaking • Strong Credit Union knowledge (history, products, services) ServU FCU is an Affirmative Action Equal Opportunity Employer. Minimum Salary: 18.36 Maximum Salary: 22.95 Salary Unit: Yearly
