US Tech Solutions Customer Service Representative in Painted Post, New York

Duration: 06 months contract

Job Description:

  • Respond and triage payroll mail, email, and phone inquiries

  • Support internal and external customer service

  • Review weekly time and attendance records

  • Enter timecard adjustments

  • Facilitate garnishment process with vendor

  • Enter and upload payroll data for processing

  • Review payroll data for accuracy

  • Create/Maintain documentation of relevant processes

Experience:

  • Payroll experience a plus (Desired)

  • Customer service

  • Data entry

  • Pay-roll support

  • Typing

Education:

  • 4-year bachelor’s degree Preferred
