US Tech Solutions Customer Service Representative in Painted Post, New York
Duration: 06 months contract
Job Description:
Respond and triage payroll mail, email, and phone inquiries
Support internal and external customer service
Review weekly time and attendance records
Enter timecard adjustments
Facilitate garnishment process with vendor
Enter and upload payroll data for processing
Review payroll data for accuracy
Create/Maintain documentation of relevant processes
Experience:
Payroll experience a plus (Desired)
Customer service
Data entry
Pay-roll support
Typing
Education:
- 4-year bachelor’s degree Preferred
