JR Landscaping and Design Landscaper in Painesville, Ohio
Work will be performed in multiple worksites throughout the
Painesville area including the counties of Lake, Geauga and Cuyahoga
Job Description: Perform a variety of tasks without close supervision, which may include
any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering,
fertilizing, digging, raking, use a variety of hand/power tools and equipment such as shovels,
rakes, weed eaters, hedge trimmers and mowers. Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs. Random
drug/alcohol and background checks paid for by employer. Ability to obtain a US driver's
license. Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, O/T available at: $28.10/hour. Full Time/Temporary job available from 04/01/2025-12/05/2025.
Workers are responsible for daily transportation to and from the designated pick-up location at the Painesville office. Employerwill then provide each work crew with daily transportation among the worksite locations in
Lake, Geauga and Cuyahoga counties.
Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer
will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence
back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker
will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer
has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of
transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and
reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily meals will be provided at a rate
of at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
H-2B ASSURANCES
Deductions from the Worker's Paycheck: The employer is required to make all payroll
deductions from the worker's paycheck as required by law.
First Work Week Reimbursement: The employer will reimburse the worker in the first
workweek for all visa, border, and related fees.
Provision of Tools, Supplies, and Equipment: The employer will provide all tools,
supplies, and equipment at no cost to the worker.
Single Workweek for Pay: A single workweek will be used in computing wages due as
required by law.
