Kelly Services is hiring for a Front Desk Administrative Assistant.

This is a Temp to Hire Opportunity in Painesville, OH

work hours will be 8AM-5PM

Essential Functions:

Meets and greets all visitors: customers, vendors, employees, applicants, etc.

This position requires someone that is consistently approachable, professional in demeanor and appearance. Must always be courteous and solicitous of external/internal customers

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIITES: Operates and maintains the switchboard, greets visitors via telephone or in person. Hands out and collects application forms from applicants, maintains EEO log. Filing Maintains - Sales Department and HR Files. Mail Prepare outgoing mail, weigh, apply postage. Sort and distribute incoming mail. Maintains postage meter fills copy machines with paper when needed. Calls telephone, fax and copier companies for service, when needed. Prepare timecards. Type faxes, Emails and some correspondence Types customer literature letters and assembles literature packets for customers. Updates phone list/phone console display labels, mail slot names & lobby directory. Work on miscellaneous projects and copy work.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be positive, upbeat, and approachable while presenting a professional impression of the company. Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Proficient with MS Office software, Word, Excel-particularly Excel skills, PowerPoint & Outlook. Be able to generate and work within Excel spreadsheets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Good organization skills.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Minimum - High School graduate, some college preferred and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a business environment or in dealing with the public. Excellent communication skills required. Excellent computer skills specifically Excel. Physical demands: Minor lifting, frequent sitting to standing position when answering window in reception area.
