Job Description
Essential Duties
Communicate with principal investigators regarding timelines, feedback, and progress monitoring
Assist principal investigators with various aspects of grant proposal planning, preparation, and submission of external grant proposals.
Navigate a wide variety of proposal submission systems
Develop and/or review budgets; approve budgets; and enter into required forms
Ensure proposal compliance with sponsor, university, and other relevant guidance
Initiate and review Cayuse records for internal routing and approval
Gather institutional data and other information needed for proposals
Complete and/or review forms required for proposal submission
Serve as final approver for proposal submission using checklists to ensure compliance
Participate in the coordination, development and delivery of educational workshops and other events
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications:
1 year research administration
