Our Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for supervision and of residents' care under the direction of the Director of Nursing.Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsibilities:Makes daily rounds on the unit in order to observe and evaluate physical and emotional status of nursing residentsProvides comprehensive oversight to unit staff to assure nursing care is proved according to physician's orders.Analyzes and evaluates nursing staff needs as well as determines staffing requirementsAssesses the needs of each resident, and implements the Resident Interim Care PlanProvides daily input to the Unit Manager for development of the resident care planPerforms generalized Charge Nurse dutiesLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) skills and requirements:Valid nursing licenseExcellent bedside manner and communication skillsWorking knowledge of health care laws and regulationsLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) shift openings:Full-time/PerDiem 11-7 Medical/Dental/PTOOvertime AvailableMedical Specialty:GeriatricsLicense:Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Required)
