Job Title: Maintenance Electrician

Job Description

We are seeking an Industrial Electrician possessing the skills and knowledge to effectively troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment and systems. This role requires strong root cause analysis skills to eliminate recurring failures. Responsibilities include troubleshooting AC/DC motor controls, 3 phase power distribution, and industrial machine controls with or without a schematic. The successful candidate will be expected to wire transformers, drives, motors, and other industrial electrical equipment. They should be able to interpret PLC ladder logic and troubleshoot electrical control systems including PLC, robotics, servos, drives, and touch-screens using a laptop. A basic understanding of facility building utility systems is also necessary. Duties also include maintaining necessary records, assisting in the training of other technicians and maintenance staff, responding to plant emergencies, and adhering to company standards and safety regulations.

Hard Skills

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Oxford, North Carolina.

Work Environment

Our work environment is climate controlled, very clean, and highly automated. The shifts available are 1st shift: 6:45-3:30, 2nd shift 2:45-11:15, and 3rd shift: 10:45 -7:15. Initial placement will be for a period of 60-90 days.
