What You’ll Do
As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our success by:
Supervising daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction.
Mentoring and motivating a diverse team of servers, hosts, and bartenders to achieve their best.
Collaborating with the Restaurant Manager to drive revenue, optimize costs, and maintain the highest standards of quality.
Overseeing staff training programs, performance evaluations, and team development initiatives.
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
Assisting in menu development, promotions, and events to enhance the guest experience.
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for someone with:
5+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in restaurants.
Proven leadership and team-building skills.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
A proactive approach to guest service, with a knack for turning challenges into opportunities.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Knowledge of food and beverage operations, inventory management, and budgeting.
