We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant I/II/III/Sr. for our Owensboro, KY office.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

In this role, you will provide various administrative duties and responsibilities which include answering phones, routing calls, taking messages, distributing mail, reviewing timesheets, maintaining department office supply inventory, maintaining short–range planning schedule, validating invoices for accuracy, preparing expenses, assisting in budget preparation and monitoring. Additionally, you will schedule meetings, conference rooms, and make travel arrangements as needed and will maintain customer contact list, vendor list and event calendar. Duties also include typing, copying, maintaining department files and preparing departmental correspondence.

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven administrative experience

  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and planning skills

  • Ability to complete tasks under strict deadlines

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Customer focused

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

    REQUIRED EDUCATION:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
