Administrative Assistant- Provides clerical support to Director, fields incoming calls, provides general service information and makes referrals. Performs data entry, prepares vouchers, assist Director with collecting and tabulating data for reports and assists with events scheduling, press releases and social media. Must have general knowledge of office procedures and equipment, have the ability to use a computer efficiently( MS Office) and have the ability to handle routine administrative details independently. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Employer requires a drug screening and reference check.
