Service Desk Technician-Part Time - (21004L)
Primary Location : US-KS-Overland Park
Shift : Flex Time
JOB SUMMARY
Perform operational and administrative functions and gain professional experience and exposure in the field of study.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Under direct supervision of a mentor, learn and develop skills in field of study
Gain exposure to the business environment
Perform basic tasks and administrative duties such as
Maintenance and monitoring of technical platforms and applications
Technology configuration
Analyze technical data and prepare conclusions
What responsibilities would a graduate student have that might be higher level?
Assist in report preparation and analysis
Participate on group projects
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Grade point average 2.75 or better
Demonstrated strong interpersonal communication skills
Strong listening skills and ability to follow directions
Effective oral, written and interpersonal skills
Currently enrolled and pursuing undergraduate (at least second year student) or graduate degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or like discipline.
