Thorin Resources, LLC Chief Operating Officer in Ouray, Colorado
Responsible for operations covering locations of mine site in Ouray, CO and lab partnership in Las Vegas, NV. Managing and overseeing staff, including geological team and lab team. Project manage construction of future processing facilities. Manage and oversee 3 year, $10M drilling campaign. Manage processing and handling of mill tails from mine site to processing facilities. Scale company lab and processing facility. Develop resource potential for mine sites. Handle oversight of permitting process of mine operations. Performing the exploration and development of Strategic and Critical metals, including processing, recovery, and marketing of these metals. Provide board-level reporting of operations, including Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet. Develop and manage vendors and consultants related to mining industry. Work with state regulators to ensure permit approval for mining and drilling. Work with community stakeholders, manage stakeholder engagements, and address investor and board queries. Create safe work environments within MHSA rules and regulations.
Requirements: U.S. or foreign Master's or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Geology, or a related field; plus two (2) years experience in the job offered, or as a President, Senior Strategic Management Consultant, Senior Strategic Consultant, or Management Consultant, including experience with providing technical evaluations, opinions, and guidance on development opportunities to grow a company's business, and ensuring that a company is kept fully informed and up to date on best strategies and opportunities to drive penetration into the industrial construction marketplace.
Salary: $175,000 per year.
