What You Get to Do:
Market Analysis & Strategic Positioning: Analyze trends within the federal sector, leverage your industry expertise, and strategically position RD to maximize growth opportunities within this key segment.
Brand Representation: Accurately represent RD as the world’s leading partner for talent, building strong relationships with federal government clients and key stakeholders.
Consultative Expertise: Serve as a trusted business consultant within the public sector, focusing on how digital solutions can transform client operations and drive higher levels of service delivery and engagement.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Act as the primary point of contact for federal clients, actively engaging to optimize and expand existing relationships and drive new business opportunities.
Digital Transformation Leadership: Utilize RD’s strengths in cloud infrastructure, data analytics, digital product engineering, and customer experience to position RD as the leading provider of digital transformation solutions for federal agencies.
Project & Program Collaboration: Work closely with project and program management teams to ensure the successful delivery of services through an integrated approach.
Account Growth & Development: Establish and cultivate strong relationships with senior-level clients, internal teams, and external partners, driving significant growth within federal accounts.
Revenue & Margin Achievement: Lead the execution of new agreements aimed at surpassing revenue and margin expectations.
What You Need to Bring:
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in selling technical products or services, with a proven history of expanding services within assigned accounts, particularly within the public sector or government.
Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to cultivate long-lasting relationships built on trust and integrity.
Communication & Influence: Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with a strong ability to engage senior-level stakeholders.
Problem-Solving & Innovation: Strong problem-solving capabilities and creative thinking, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions to federal clients.
Negotiation Skills: Proven negotiation skills with a track record of achieving favorable outcomes.
Performance Excellence: A history of consistently exceeding performance expectations.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree is advantageous but not required.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) is essential.
