SAP Business Analyst-Onsite Position

We have a rewarding opportunity for a SAP Business Analyst to join our team in Ottawa, ON!

AS our SAP Business Analyst, you will be for responsible for supporting one of the Business Systems utilized by CWC (SAP) in accordance with the organization's business plan and industry requirements. You will work both independently and as a member of a project team responsible for providing technical guidance related to the business implications of the application.

You will be responsible for supporting one of the ERP Business Systems utilized by CWC (SAP S/4 HANA) in accordance with the organization's business plan and industry requirements.

Your Challenge:

  • Support and enhance a single instance of SAP ERP (ECC) rolled out to multiple sites internationally with the SAP CS / QM module.

  • Work with business stakeholders to define and baseline processes for the SAP S/4 HANA migration (2025)

  • Work with business stakeholders and technical staff in the resolution of technical process issues and respond to enhancement requirements with full solution proposals.

  • Evaluate and recommend changes to current and future system requirements to meet organizational needs in the CS / QM module space.

  • Gain and apply functional knowledge of Quality Management to ensure that business processes are functionning efficiently while working directly with the user community.

  • Evaluate and recommend best practice solutions to achieve departmental / business unit objectives through discovery workshops.

  • Provide functional consulting on complex projects and expertise in the formulation of systems scope and objectives relative to the organization's business plan and industry requirements in the SAP CS / QM space.

  • Adhere to defined processes within the Business System environment to ensure sustainable compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements.

  • Some travel may be required

What You Bring:

  • College diploma or equivalent experience

  • 1-5 years experience with SAP Quality Management

  • Experience as a quality inspector or quality manager in discreet manufacturing an asset

  • Experience with ISO qualifications an asset

  • Experience in Aerospace and Defense an asset

  • Strong written and oral communications as well as a team-oriented player

  • Strong Time Management skills and willingness to learn and take on new approaches

  • Willing to learn complimentary SAP modules to expand on existing knowledge

  • Experienced with implementations using ACTIVATE methodology

  • Experienced supporting a large user base
