Full rate of pay of $37.51/hour
Job Description
Maintain, repair and do preventative maintenance on all plumbing, including all equipment, appliance, and minor repairs to the steam distribution
Maintain HVAC system
Maintain and drain roof vent and waste water system
maintain chilled and condenser water distribution
maintain heating water and steam distribution
Do all preventive maintenance as scheduled by the Engineering office
Maintain all distributions according to the OBC and local authority
Assist with any Fire and life system issues
Do all work orders as assigned
Maintain potable hot and cold water distribution
Assist other trades as required
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Maintenance and repairs
Language: Fluent in both official languages
Graduated from a technical school
Holds an Ontario Plumber’s Certificate of Qualification (Red Seal)
