Hybrid position: 30% remote, 70% in the office.
Full time, permanent 37.5 hours per week

Base salary + yearly corporate bonus.
Randstad Canada is looking for a Junior Administrative Security Clearance Officer to join its growing team located in Ottawa.
In this administrative position, the position holder will be responsible for assisting the Security Manager with the processing of Security Clearances on candidates / personnel, Controlled Goods and Visit Clearance Requests.
Manage and action emails/queries
Process Federal Government security clearances including personnel clearances, VCR’s and Controlled Goods
Utilize and update trackers Sheets/excel
Provide security and sales administration support
Other administrative duties as assigned.
Excellent communication skills in English. (Bilingual in French and English is a great asset).
A minimum of 2 years customer service experience.
Any related / similar experience will be a great asset.
2 years in an administrative role is very nice to have.
Experience with Web based portals
Advanced skills with Word/Docs and Excel/Sheets
Ability to work with minimum supervision and to make decisions
Ability to work with confidential material
Ability to prioritize assignments in an organized manner
Ability to accept responsibility and take initiative
Good communications skills, written and oral
Experience working in an office environment with remote work locations
Ability to obtain Top Secret Federal Government Clearance
