Job Description

As an Account Associate, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to the preservation of water resources while providing exceptional service to our customers in the Gatineau/Ottawa area.

Your responsibilities:

  • Be the ambassador of our company by establishing lasting relationships with our customers.

  • Use your technical skills to ensure optimal chemical treatment of water and processes.

  • Perform water analyses and provide cutting-edge expertise in the form of clear reports.

  • Effectively manage the inventory of chemical products at our customers' sites.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience or a first work exposure (internship, etc.) in the water industry.

  • Technical or university degree in chemistry, biology, chemical/environmental engineering, or other scientific/technical field.

  • Knowledge of water treatment and processes (an asset).

  • Bilingual in French/English, both oral and written (mandatory).

  • Excellent math skills and ability to convert units.

  • Ability to work in various environments.

  • Authorization to work in Canada.

  • Valid driver's license and ability to lift 30 pounds.
