We are ready to shape a stronger future for our company and invest in your success.Job Summary Experienced detailed oriented individual to develop SPI & SMT programs for the inspection and assembly of printed circuit board assemblies for a wide range of industries.Responsibilities to include: Develop and maintain SPI programs to ensure capable Solder Paste Printing Processes as determined by SMT Engineering.Develop and maintain SMT Placement ProgramsDebug new and existing programs.Develop and perform validation plans for new programs.Control of machine programs within the production documentation system.To apply the requirements of IPC-A-610 standard (Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies) objectively and consistently.Support SMT production as needed.Maintain appropriate quality records as required by the Quality team.Serve as cross-functional team member on new projects and proto-types.Create training documents as assigned.Train operatorsProvide off-shift support via phone or on-site as needed.
